When it comes to controlling one's future, "Every Culture, People, Society has a Right and a Duty to Govern Themselves." Liberty is God's Idea - not man's. God has placed the decision making in our own hands and, for better or worse, we reap what we sow - BUT our futures, should rightfully be only in our hands. To not stand up and fight for liberty is a crime and tyranny itself against one's people and future generations. There are many separatist, independence-type movements around the globe and countries...
SOME FIGHT TO REMAIN FREE... like Ukraine and Taiwan from the threat of a foreign tyranical power.
SOME FIGHT TO BECOME FREE... like Iran, Hong Kong, Venezuela from tyranical communist or islamist govnments, which are inately tyranical.
SOME DESIRE to SEPARATE and BECOME INDEPENDENT... like Alberta, Greenland - because of the wish to control their own destiny.
