Very popular with American Leftists, is the idea of MANDATORY LEFTIST EDUCATION in Schools and Universities, AND FORCED RE-EDUCATION of citizens who oppose Leftist views and political policies. SUPPRESSION of an individual's Fundamental Right to Free Speech (to speak freely and freely hear others speak) and individual's Fundamental Right of a Free Press (to freely publish, post, and the public's right to freely read such content) is not only under attack from government, but it is more importantly under attack from within our society. Societal promotion of a 'party line' or 'political correctness' or 'cancel culture' - the suppression of a person's individual fundamental rights from businesses and society.

THE ISSUE IS -- SUPPRESSION of Online Users' Fundamental Rights of Free Speech and Free Press by 'online platforms' (social media, web hosting, public forum websites) who hold a marketplace monopoly and who censor, insert editorial comments on, edits and/or deletes users' content that they FEEL IS WRONG TO THEM and that which contradicts long-held and well established legal and court definitions of 'protected speech.'

In the United States, 'Section 230' provides 'online platforms' a 'liability protection' against being legally responsible for and being sued for what their users say/write/post. This is all this because the 'online platforms' are providing a 'public service' and/or a 'public forum' which respects and does not attempt to regulate, manage, or suppress individual users' commonly-held constitutional and civil rights. Contradicting these terms MAKES THEM LIABLE FOR ALL USERS' CONTENT because the 'online platform' have now defined themselves as a completely different type of internet website/service - A PUBLISHER WITH MANAGED CONTENT. Just like a newspaper that manages which articles and writers are show up on their website and that has speech that is normally edited, controlled, and/or modified. Such PUBLISHER websites are legally liable and fully can be sued for ALL content on their websites.
