LibertySmith IS NOT "Liberty_Smith" (like a person's name) but rather like a "BlackSmith" or "SilverSmith" - one who works as a craftsman (a Smith) in a specific field or product. The name was first used by this editor in the late 1990s.

--- to not overload followers with content, but to try being a "minimalist" in re-posting news.
--- to stay focused on posts relating to only core and fundamental issues and events. Focusing on principles over party politics and what serves to advance the public interests of truth, integrity, freedom, and justice.

PURPOSE OF OUR WORK:
TO EDUCATE PATRIOTS on and TO COMBAT the socialist and fascist tyranny of the left as seen in:

--- anti-freedom and anti-integrity efforts in news media and social media;
--- promotion of intolerance in society and schools;
--- and efforts to end freedom of speech and religious liberties.
HOW LIBERTYSMITH GOT STARTED:
On November 13, 2020, Citizen Dave started to move his political news posts for 2020 off his own personal Facebook page to allow his friends an option to follow, or not, his political news posts on a separate Facebook page. Dave was motivated to action, during the 2020 U.S. election crisis, by Newt Gingrich and others to stand up and make a difference at this critical time in U.S. history.
